T&N- Slave to the Empire

\"\" by Reggie Edwards Dokken were one of the biggest bands of the 80’s. To this day their songs are some of the best ones to crank up and headbang to. So just imagine the buzz erupted when it was announced original Dokken members “Wild” Mick Brown, Jeff Pilson and George Lynch would be recording a new project tilted Tooth and Nail (T&N) along with guest vocalists. Slave to the Empire, released on Halloween, will satisfy any 80’s metal fan let alone any fans of classic Dokken. This album features seven original songs and five re-recorded Dokken classics and will utterly blow fans away. “The Big 3” haven’t lost a step even though it’s been years since they recorded together- it doesn’t show one bit. From the get-go with the title track it’s obvious this is a special album. With guest guests Doug Pinnick (King’s X), Tim “Ripper” Owens, Robert Mason (Warrant) and Sebastian Bach all pitching in, this is definitely a classic metal fan’s dream album. The original material will blow your mind and the revamped Dokken hits will take you back in time. This is definitely one to pick up if you haven’t already.
