As I Lay Dying and Austrian Death Machine frontman Tim Lambesis is scheduled to have his first day in court tomorrow (5.9.13)
According to information on sdsheriff.net, he is slated to be arraigned at the North Division Court in Vista, Calif. at 1:30 p.m. PDT on charges of solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit a crime.
If Lambesis is found guilty, the charge of Solicitation of Another to Commit Murder alone is punishable in California by 3-9 years in a state prison. The record provided states Lambesis is not eligible for bail as of now.
Lambesis was arrested without incident yesterday (5.7.13) on the above-mentioned charges in connection to an alleged murder-for-hire plot targeting his estranged ex-wife Meggan. Lambesis has three adopted children with her. She reportedly filed for divorce from Lambesis in September 2012.
Lambesis was taken into custody yesterday after allegedly attempting to solicit and undercover detective to murder Meggan.
More details are being withheld pending investigation, which police began last Thursday. Lambesis is currently being held at Vista Detention Facility in Vista, Calif.
