San Francisco Bay Area metal titans MACHINE HEAD will release their new album Catharsis tomorrow, January 26, via Nuclear Blast Entertainment.
Today, the band released the official lyric video for the opening track \”Volatile.\” Watch it here.
The pounding track, featuring sociocritical lyrics, is dedicated to Heather D. Heyer, who lost her life during a protest against neo-nazism and white supremacy in Charlottesville, VA in August 2017.

The band also dropped the track \”Bastards.\” The song was written the day after the most recent presidential election and was inspired by a conversation frontman Robb Flynn had with his sons. Revolver world-premiered an exclusive \”poetry slam\” version of the song, where Flynn delivers the powerful lyrics in haunting, spoken word fashion.
